Every Bulgarian company closes its year with the same set of obligations: an annual financial statement, a corporate income tax return, statistical reports to the National Statistical Institute (NSI) and publication of the statement in the Commercial Register. Each has its own deadline and its own fine for missing it.
We prepare the full annual closing: inventory of accounts and balances, depreciation, tax adjustments, the financial statement itself and the tax return, then file everything electronically and publish the statement where the law requires it. You get a summary in plain language: what the company earned, what tax is due and why.
Companies without activity also have annual obligations: the declaration of inactivity has its own deadline, and skipping it triggers the same penalties. We handle dormant companies at a nominal fee, so the company stays clean for the year you restart it.
