Privacy policy
This website exists so you can learn how we work and send an inquiry. It is deliberately simple, and so is this policy.
What this site collects
The site sets no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. A single technical session cookie appears only when you submit the contact form, so the page can show you the confirmation; it carries no personal data and expires when you close the browser. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security, as virtually every website does.
The contact form
When you send the form, the data you enter (name, contact details, your message) is emailed to our office and used solely to answer your inquiry and, if you engage us, to provide the requested accounting services. It is not used for marketing and is not shared with third parties beyond what your engagement requires.
Client financial data
Accounting work involves sensitive financial and personnel data: invoices, bank statements, payroll information. We treat it under professional confidentiality, store it only as long as the accounting and tax laws require, share it only with the institutions the law obliges us to (NRA, NSSI, NSI, the Commercial Register), and never use it for any purpose beyond the engaged services.
Third-party content
Where enabled, the contact form shows a reCAPTCHA check. This Google service may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy when its content loads. Nothing else on the site loads third-party content.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and you may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection. Contact details are on the contact page.
