- Receiving and posting primary accounting documents through specialised software.
- Processing of cash reports and bank statements.
- Monthly preparation of VAT returns, purchase and sales ledgers, VIES declarations and Intrastat.
- By mutual agreement, issuing invoices on the client's behalf.
- Drawing up accounting and tax depreciation schedules.
- Calculation and posting of payroll, social-security contributions and taxes. Personnel administration and payroll (TRZ)
- Monthly and annual trial balances and periodic reports, available for electronic delivery.
- Accounting consultations.
- During checks and audits, preparing statements, assembling documents and communicating with the inspecting authorities.
- Annual corporate income tax return, statistical reports to the NSI and publication of the statement in the Commercial Register.
